To start off I want to say that Wigder Chevrolet was a fantastic place to shop for my new vehicle. Over the past few months I have been looking for a used Chevy Tahoe. I had been out on many test drives a fantastic place to shop for my new vehicle. Over the past few months I have been looking for a used Chevy Tahoe. I had been out on many test drives and looked at many dealers and just had not found the right car for me. After searching more on the internet I came across Wigder. I called and spoke with Matt who informed me that the vehicle I was interested in was in fact still at the dealer and that I could come in later that day to take a look at it. He went above and beyond and even E-mailed me more information on the vehicle so that I could look it over before arriving. After searching the dealer site more, I found another vehicle and quickly E-mailed him back to inquire and he assured me that the vehicle was there. Later that day I went up and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about both vehicles and answered all the questions that I had. When it came time to talk business he was extremely up front and didn’t try to hide anything. He also never once pressured me into doing anything that I was not prepared or ready to do. He took the time to explain every little detail about all the fees, taxes, loan arrangements and options. He really was a pleasure to work with. Everyone from the Sales representative Matt to the Manager Chris who assisted with all the paperwork, signing, and warranty information was excellent to work with. My general impression was pretty good but as I left the associate said two trim covers were ordered for me since they weren't in stock - no idea when or how I will get them. I am reimbursed for my car lease by my company. Part of the policy is that I get 3 quotes from different dealers - standard purchasing policy at a lot of companies. Clearly understood our corporate policy, interacted with the highest level of professionalism and was pleasant throughout the process. Additionally, car/configuration wasn't simple to locate - Scott got it done. Also worked with Cory in finishing up the deal - great guy. I highly recommend these two gentlemen to assist you with your next Chevy - try a Camaro SS, can't get the smile off my face. More

I dropped car off at approx 745 am for oil, filter and tire rotation and when i arrived i found out there was also a roof re call. I said i would leave and they would call when ready, i assumed a couple tire rotation and when i arrived i found out there was also a roof re call. I said i would leave and they would call when ready, i assumed a couple hours. When i phoned around 130 it was not done so i said i must have by 330 I guess i should have said when i needed by when i dropped off I did get a call back and it was ready by 330 which worked out I was shown a tear in the roof starting and was told that Chevrolet will replace within warranty- great news! We will schedule a follow up and a loaner was offered for this service which was great so i wont have to worry about time frame I was suprised at the bill for oil change and filter was $101 , I am not used to paying so much for an "oil change" It was explained that it takes a synthetic oil, ok...but still thanks Darren Schumer More
