Even though I was only at Schumacher for a simple oil change, Cindy made sure to review the complete vehicle his should immediately be given a raise! And when I discovered something was missed, Cindy made no excuses, apologized, took charge and had the issue addressed immediately. She and other advisors there are truly professional. While waiting in the lounge, I witnessed another advisor help an elderly lady to her vehicle, which he had the technician bring to that door. Also while I was waiting, I was looking at new Jeeps and was approached by Rony from Sales. He also was very professional as he explained future options for a potential purchase of a new Wrangler.
