Horrible Service I have never had a worse experience! Schumacher had my car for 3 days, and was unable to even fix my car. I was given no reason as to why. The staff was not sympathetic to my needs at all. I'm shocked and horrified by the poor attention, or lack there of to detail and "customer service" (I use that word loosely) . I will NOT be returing, and will spread the word with regard to their incompetence. I can't believe they run a business like this and are actually still in business. Pitiful! If there were negative stars to give, I'd do that. I recommend to all, that if your car needs routine maintenance, that you either try and fix it yourslef, or go to another dealership! More

Express is anything but In the past It has taken over 3 hours for a simple oil change! I was told to make an appointment with express and it would be much quicker. I arrived 30 minutes prior to the time but had to wait the 30 minutes to be checked in. Colton, the express advisor told me it would be at least 90 minutes! What dictionary does Schumacher use for the definition of express? I left and got an oil change , rotation, balancing, and wheel alignment around the corner at tire kingdom in less than an hour. Thanks to Colton, I am leaving the family and not making the 45 minute drive to dodge dealerships. More
