Unfortunately none of the people she dealt with are still there. I spent about 2 hours with our salesman David, who was nice but didn't know the product too well or where any of the inventory was. His manager Mitch was horrible. He kept making excuses as to why I couldn't get rebates that I knew I was eligible for and he only wanted to sell me a car they had there which didn't match what we were looking for. When he finally agreed to get the car I wanted from another one of their dealers he told me I could no longer get the discounts we already discussed. Basically take the car they had that I didn't want or pay full price with no rebates on the one I wanted. No thank you! He told me "have a blessed day" with a smirk on his face and it was obvious what he was really trying to tell me. I felt insulted. How dare he talk to a customer that way! I ended up at Arrigo. Less than 3 hours and I got a brand new Jeep, exactly what I wanted with all rebates and sold me the car at invoice. They gave me 4 free oil changes too. I'll never go back to the Delray store. They don't deserve my business or yours! More

We had seen the vehicle on the Internet and went thru the USAA car buying program who contacted the dealership. Within 30 minutes Alan Gallagher called and said he would have the vehicle ready for a test drive. We arrived at Delray Motors and the vehicle was brought out by Alan and we took a drive. We liked the vehicle, negotiated a price and purchased it. Alan worked very hard to make the sale happen. Thank you very much! We also met with Allen Rosengard, the finance manager. He was very competent and entertaining!! Thank you Allen for getting our paperwork finished as quickly as possible. More

We live in Miami and after a month of shady places, lies, and sales tactics we took a trip up to Delray motors for a car we saw advertised online. Rob greeted us, let us drive the car and gave us the total price, no hidden fees or gimmicks. After a couple of days my wife and I decided the car Rob showed us was right for us. He helped to work within our budget and take extra off the already low internet price. Overall the whole experience was great. Worth the trip out of Miami. I would recommend Rob to friends and family looking to buy a car. More

He not only took care of me quickly but also arranged a shuttle ride for me so I could make it to work on time. The service on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler was done even earlier than expected.
