Schumacher Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Delray

My wife and I were looking at a vehicle we had found online. It was in Florida and we were in Nebraska. We were hesitant to pursue it given the distance but we really wanted the vehicle since it was jus online. It was in Florida and we were in Nebraska. The sales rep "Goodsondy Gauthier" at Schumacher CDJR of Delray exeeded our expectations and answered questions that we didn't even know that we had. He did a complete video walk around of the vehicle with us online and paused to ask questions and to see if we had any as well. He also assisted with the transportation of the vehicle from Forida to Nebraska. He did everything possible to aleviate our aprehensions about buying this vehicle sight unseen. He's been available to answer any question we had faster than a local dealer would have been. Very impresive. We would give Goodsondy 6 out of 5 stars. More

So you tell me how you would review Schumacher Jeep… I called on a Thursday for an appointment on Monday. Told them I would have AAA deliver on Monday, my response was if you bring it in via tow.. it wou called on a Thursday for an appointment on Monday. Told them I would have AAA deliver on Monday, my response was if you bring it in via tow.. it would be a priority and I would get it worked on right away. Just need to replace gear label. I get there and she tells me it would be a little while before I can get a time. I spend two hours when she comes in and says we don’t have time to look at it today I should have gotten an appointment. Seriously … I had an appointment. A week later I call to have my car towed to another dealer .. then all of a sudden they are working on it. So I have a buddy that lives close to go check and it’s sitting in the parking lot. So I Uber to the dealer and suddenly my jeep is done and a 1000 Dollars for a 50 dollar part… RipOff then it gets worst there is another 50 dollar charge for supplies so I said what supplies and he had the xxxxx to say toilet paper, paper towels and stuff foe employees. Are you freaking kidding me. TELL ME HOW WOULD YOU RATE SCHUMAKER JEEP….. if I could give less than 1 star I would. So disappointed!😢 More
