I purchased a vehicle from this dealership recently with Michael Doyle and it was, by far, the best experience that I’ve ever had at a dealership. He was kind, honest, friendly, and respectful. It’s unfortunate that you have to use that card to defame him. Please do yourself a favor and stop slandering those that go out of their way to help others. It appears to me that your unhappiness in your own life is something you need to deal with yourself: instead of writing nasty, false accusations on a review board for the world to see. I completely disagree with your accusations me and several people I know have dealt with Schumacher and Michael Doyle personally and he is always there to help and is never rude or disrespectful in any way. We have always gotten amazing deals and over the top customer service. I know for a fact that your statements about homophonic and rudeness towards being gay is incorrect since his brother is gay and he would never treat anyone in a disrespectful manner because of their choice of sexuality. Before you make false statements about someone you should truly understand the person they are. I know Michael would do anything to help you if it was a manufactured issue but to slander someone like this online with false accusations is cowardly. Hope you get your situation resolved with the manufacturer but Michael Doyle doesn’t make the cars he just sells them. More
