Purchased new Jeep Cherokee Limited on 10/10. Sales process was fine although long process waiting to meet with Finance team. There was a interior trim panel that needed fixing. I made appointment w process was fine although long process waiting to meet with Finance team. There was a interior trim panel that needed fixing. I made appointment with Service dept for 4:00pm on Friday 10-16. I got call day before they could not service my car as that time just for drop offs. I was given time 10/21. They had my car nearly the entire day and did not fix the issue and in fixing discounted the gear shift back light. Tuesday 10/19 get a call parts are in and was given an appointment for 11/04 at 7:30. Yesterday I received a call from the Service Department saying I cant bring my car that day as they are too busy/backed up and need to reschedule to November 17th - totally unacceptable. Had I known this is how their Service Department operates I would have never bought from this dealership!! If I could turn this car back and get my money back I would. So not worth all the hassle with them. More
