Hate to put a car dealer out there but wow had the worse experience at Schumacher Delray Jeep. Sales person was nice kid.. told them exactly the deal I wanted... close to a deal I was working with anoth experience at Schumacher Delray Jeep. Sales person was nice kid.. told them exactly the deal I wanted... close to a deal I was working with another dealer a few months ago. Gave me a super high price... as advertised was bs.. I gave him another chance an my cc to say yes if we do the deal I want it now. Came back no deal and tried to hold my card and Sales manager was going to come out.. being impatient I went in.. sales manager was a complete idiot.. started by telling me I ask questions that no one asks like Money factor and residuals.. then starts asking me where I get my pricing, why would I lose money, all this bs.. I kept control and didn’t get pissed but I took my card and left... Well talked to a few dealers and looks like I’m ending up with a better deal than I was asking for.. Do not go to Schumacher Jeep!! They try to rip you off !! They don’t want knowledgeable customers that make for easy deals.. they dummy’s so the can rip people off!! This is one of the reasons I wrote my book!! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ More

Okay before buying car, not the same after purchase. I bought a Jeep Cherokee a few months ago (at the end of February during the pandemic) and had an okay experience for buying a new car but really don' I bought a Jeep Cherokee a few months ago (at the end of February during the pandemic) and had an okay experience for buying a new car but really don't know a lot about using the car's features. I was told to use the videos on YouTube and was sent some of them via email by the salesman. After recently calling the Schmacher dealership in Delray where I bought the Jeep because I learned from television advertisements that they were now offering the 0% financing I wanted, I told them that I was interested in the 0% financing being offered to help people during the pandemic which became available shortly after I purchased. I got to speak with a woman who could not help me with financing but gave me a name and phone number of the proper person to call. She advised me that it could be arranged for me to have a re-delivery at no cost so that I could be properly shown how to use the features in the car. I did call back to speak to the "proper person" who did pick up but couldn't talk long because he had to go into a sales meeting. He told me I could not get the 0% even though when I bought the car during the pandemic, I asked about it and he explained that no one knows when 0% financing would be offered. The “proper person” I spoke with did say I could trade in my new Jeep and buy another new Jeep that is now being offered at 0% (like I would be crazy enough to do this) but he could not talk further as he had to go into a sales meeting. When I called back at the date/time we agreed upon for me to call him back, I leave messages and he never returns my calls. I guess he does not want to even offer something as "goodwill" to make a new customer feel that someone cares. I foolishly then left a message for Mr. Schmacher but when the recording said someone would call back, I knew the dealership owner himself would not call back and I was correct. I just did not realize that no one would return my phone message left at the dealership owner’s extension. I guess there is no ambassador for the Schmacher family (that I became a part of when I bought my Jeep but am being treated as a "step-relative"). My neighbors asked about the car and I found it interesting that they were concerned also about the dealership and the car. Both are important to them because they had their own dealership stories. At the beginning I told them that the dealership experience was okay but when I explain the situation and how I feel that no one cares once you buy the vehicle, I get the same look from my neighbors like "what else did you expect" and I was educated that some buy from a broker, or other ways, so that they do not have to deal with these things. I have had much more caring relations with other dealerships in the past and was actually going to buy a car from one of those dealerships (because it was a good experience) and then foolishly proceeded to still shop around and bought the Jeep. The car has around 3,000 miles now and does not need service yet, but I am not looking forward to the Schmacher service experience either. More

The dealership is like any other, its the people that Schumacher employ's that make the true difference. I was lucky enough to have run into a gentleman named Ash Glover. Scammers who lied about what they sold me I have never been SCAMMED so badly. SO not only were they dishonest and scammed me, they had the audacity to tell me to my face that they scammed me and that they are not going to do anything about it. No wonder they can't keep anyone on staff and have constant complaints about their service More
