I’ve been car shopping for a few weeks and thought I had a vehicle picked out. Last Saturday I decided to look at the Outback because I liked the green ones I saw driving around town. The vehicle was awesome and larger than I thought. We ended up talking to Henry and the Manager Nick. It was a great experience. We didn’t have our trade with us but said I’d be back Monday since Easter was the next day. Right after my appointment with the VA Monday morning I was back there working on a deal. Ended up getting a great deal and Adrian in Finance was able to work some magic and got me a great interest rate and a lower payment than I expected. The vehicle is a dream to drive and I’ve got a lot to learn still but Schumacher Subaru has a new extremely happy customer!!!! More

The most wonderful thing was that his time estimate was dead on accurate. No lame excuses for delays etc. The best experience with any car maintenance department in my 50+ years of driving.
