For 4 months we have been trying to get Tree Sap removed from my hood of my 2015 Subaru Impreza. We bought a Warranty,"" Diamond Finish"" from United Development Systems. I was promised by Cassie from my hood of my 2015 Subaru Impreza. We bought a Warranty,"" Diamond Finish"" from United Development Systems. I was promised by Cassie Montalvo, and Robbie Bratcher that they would take care of the situation. . After numerous calls which we initiated trying to get our problem resolved . Bratcher and Montalvo spent the whole time Tap Dancing around the issue.and never took care of the problem Our family has bought 3 Cars from your Dealership Because of Montalvo and Bratcher you have lost a customer for life.
