Service very unresponsive, no real communication, no call backs and way too many recalls that no one seems to know anything about. Sent multiple emails and text about an appointment, said I could cancel rig backs and way too many recalls that no one seems to know anything about. No one called, and day of canceled appointment, being asked if I need to reschedule, tried calling no response. Operators apparently don't care and are instructed to have people call back customers.
