I Came in to Suburban Volvo because My mother and a couple of friends who have dealt with them spoke very highly. I have been a loyal Honda owner for the past 20 years so I was hesitant to look at the couple of friends who have dealt with them spoke very highly. I have been a loyal Honda owner for the past 20 years so I was hesitant to look at the Volvos.... I Must say that my dealing with Matt Arnitz was such an awesome experience. Matt really made me feel as comfortable as anyone could possibly be that is make a huge decision like buying a new vehicle. My Mom just purchased a 2012 S60 and she told me to go talk with Matt and see what he can do. He has a great sense of humor which I appreciate and is very knowledgeable about the Products. I cane in looking to trade my CR-V in for another SUV the numbers on that did not work but Matt guided me and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful S80 I still will probably at some point upgrade to the XC60 or90.
