On Saturday the 21st of July, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2012 Chrysler 200 Convertible from Tom Dauria. I visited 9 Dealerships prior to visiting Suburban. From the very first phone call, Tom purchasing a 2012 Chrysler 200 Convertible from Tom Dauria. I visited 9 Dealerships prior to visiting Suburban. From the very first phone call, Tom showed a professional demeanor. When I arrived at the dealer from Coral Springs, Tom greeted me with great enthusiasm. Tom took time to listen to my wants and needs in a car. He showed me the car that I went to see and shared with me his knowledge of the vehicle. Tom did no typical “Used Car Salesman Techniques”. The entire transaction with Tom was fair, above board and made for an enjoyable car buying experience. I would recommend this dealer to a friend if Tom Dauria were your salesman. More
We bought a used xc90 a couple of weeks ago. When purchasing the vehicle we noticed that the paintwork had a lot of damage to it. We mentioned this to the sales guy and we were assured that this coul purchasing the vehicle we noticed that the paintwork had a lot of damage to it. We mentioned this to the sales guy and we were assured that this could be fixed by the service department and not to worry about it. Therefore we took the car in good faith being told that the paintwork could be fixed. We had to return the car making a hours journey to have the damage fixed. The first time it was returned the damage on the car was still very bad after they had supposed to have worked on. They had missed the passenger doors, so we explained that we were not happy and we were told to bring the car back in!!!! Second visit to bring the car back the paintwork still looks no different the damage is still very bad and we have been told there is nothing else they can do unless they strip the paintwork which they are not prepared to do. This car has been mis sold to me when I had been assured that the issues could be fixed when now they have my money they appear to have lost interest in their side of the bargain. Under no circumstances would I have signed for the car if I would have know the paintwork could not be fixed. I will be taking this further and I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. Who would want to have been sold a defect car !!! More

I called Volvo Service Department at 5-50 pm (during their normal business hours)asked spoke to Sheila Shular. And I was told that she refused to help me as she tired working since 7 am and all she want their normal business hours)asked spoke to Sheila Shular. I've never met more obnoxious representative than her! I recorded our conversation and willing to provide it to her superiors as Volvo employees is Volvo brand. I Came in to Suburban Volvo because My mother and a couple of friends who have dealt with them spoke very highly. I have been a loyal Honda owner for the past 20 years so I was hesitant to look at the couple of friends who have dealt with them spoke very highly. I have been a loyal Honda owner for the past 20 years so I was hesitant to look at the Volvos.... I Must say that my dealing with Matt Arnitz was such an awesome experience. Matt really made me feel as comfortable as anyone could possibly be that is make a huge decision like buying a new vehicle. My Mom just purchased a 2012 S60 and she told me to go talk with Matt and see what he can do. He has a great sense of humor which I appreciate and is very knowledgeable about the Products. I cane in looking to trade my CR-V in for another SUV the numbers on that did not work but Matt guided me and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful S80 I still will probably at some point upgrade to the XC60 or90. I just returned from seeing Matt again, I brought my Partner in today and he is now driving a beautiful 2012 S60. So Yes I would and already have started my referrals to Matt at Suburban Volvo. I will also mention that another guy named Matt in the finance department ran my paperwork and again it was relatively painless :-) I must say the whole process from begin to now has been the almost the best car buying experience I have had in 26 yrs. I plan to become a loyal Volvo owner from now on. More
