Sales team was great when I purchased my vehicle. Service department however, not so great. My car has been back to Mazda 3 times, 2 times for regular oil changes and once for a noise. 2 of the 3 tim Service department however, not so great. My car has been back to Mazda 3 times, 2 times for regular oil changes and once for a noise. 2 of the 3 times I have had an an awful experience with the desk staff. I unfortunately did not get a name but there was a younger blonde girl at the desk who tried to charge me $130 (that's crazy in general, I would rather void my lifetime warranty)for my scheduled oil change, when the online price was listed for $89. When I brought it to her attention that the website price says something different she was extremely rude about it. They also do not listen to any notes you ask them to make in your file and the complimentary exterior *hand* wash looks like a 5 year old poured water on my car and then wiped it with a towel. More

For 3 years since buying my used Mazda 6 here , it's the only place I get the car serviced....I drive down from north jersey every couple of months to have it serviced here....always been honest , decent pe only place I get the car serviced....I drive down from north jersey every couple of months to have it serviced here....always been honest , decent people in service department even though the faces have changed...I wouldn't travel from mahwah to Shrewsbury just for routine maintenance and oil changes if I didn't fully trust the service personnel....ill let everyone know if this ever changes!
