I bought a used 2012 Chevy Sonic at Schwartz Mazda about a week and a half ago. I usually dislike most things associated with Sales (especially car sales), but I had quite the exceptional experience at Schw a week and a half ago. It seemed to be in great condition and fairly priced. The website was easy to navigate, the pictures were clear and plentiful, and the online department was practically seamless. Jenny Ava and Debra were very responsive, professional, and pleasant with scheduling to view the vehicle. Neil made it very easy to transition from online and text communication to in person sales with Ryan Calvert. He was great! The whole experience did not feel forced and he was very informative and friendly. It felt more like my cousins were helping me get a car rather than some stranger trying to get one over on me. Steven from financing was also very helpful. He spent the time to walk me through the details of what financing would entail and negotiated a very fair bargain with payments and servicing for the vehicle. I waited some time to review this dealership to get a good feel for the car and my purchase. Thus far I am very happy with my Chevy Sonic and with Schwartz Mazda and their staff! P.S. 10/10 I would be buying my next car here and I've already told my friends to check them out. More

There are many options for waiting for your car: a complimentary car, wait in their lounging area and several others. I waited in the lounge on one of their massage chairs and read my book. The car is then examined and the service manager comes to you with their evaluation and suggestions. The service is quick and includes an exterior wash. This is a Mazda dealer and my car is a Mazda, so I didn't want to take it anywhere else. Their prices are a bit above normal, but they accepted all of their coupons -- not just one. More
