Super customer service and a positive experience! I was looking for a specific used car / color for my son and the internet staff were very accommodating with the many questions I had. Being that the dealer was 2hrs away, I was hesitant to consider the vehicle they had to offer, but they reassured me on a number of issues and I opted to take the drive to test drive the vehicle. The vehicle was parked in front and ready to test drive when I arrived. My salesman, Franklin allocated time for me to do an adequate test drive to be sure this was the right vehicle. For my trade-in, they were fair and we negotiated until we settled and moved forward on the sale. They even re-detailed the vehicle while I completed my paperwork. Very nice staff and overall was worth the trip as my son really likes the vehicle! More
