Mazda CX 5 is junk this dealership has the worst service department I have ever dealt with. they never call you back. I have a mazda cx5 2013, with 70k miles....this car stinks, it has the worst pick up of any car I have owned in 30 years of owning cars...the dealer told me it needed a new transmission and it would cost $7,000 and not covered under warranty...I have never owned a car brand new and had a transmission go before... what a piece of junk! do not get work done here as they will rip you off...I am having my transmission fixed for half the price... THEY ARE THE WORST! More

My salesman Charlie was a cool guy and hooked me up with exactly what i was looking for. Didn't take all day and i left with the keys! Anyone need a car go to Schwartz, couldn't get any easier! More

A few months later - circumstances changed and was able to get a newer car that for the requirements that I had. Now this cx7, the second car , has been great - never had an issue with it and always kept up on the service on it until about a month ago when my engine decided it was time to explode - now originally this was going to cost upwards of half of the cost of the car - instead John Schwartz and Charlie Jackson called up MazdaUSA and was able get most of the cost of the engine replacement covered which was the biggest help ever. When your randomly stuck with an almost 8 grand bill and primary transportation broken things get very uneasy very quickly - but they settled that with the best result I could have asked for More

Due to my "wasted time" experience, I recommend that just go to another dealer. They dont even reply to emails/questions, in response to 'sales person's' request email. More
Go see Charlie Jackson and get treated RIGHT! First, I never go reviews...who has time? But I wanted to make time for Charlie because he deserves it. I went to Schwartz and test drove a car that I First, I never go reviews...who has time? But I wanted to make time for Charlie because he deserves it. I went to Schwartz and test drove a car that I found on-line. What stood out was not just the friendly receptionist, or Natalie who I initially met, a darling, or Zack (if he has blue eyes and was very tan, that was who it was) who did an excellent job of showing us all the features and went on the test drive, but the real star was Charlie. When I first met Charlie he came towards me with his arm extended for a handshake and I looked at him and said to myself 'I want to do a deal with him.' Charlie is a true salesman. Knowledgeable, willing to work with you, polite, a straight shooter and he kicks it old school. There is no wool he has stashed to pull over your eyes. That is the type of person I like to do business with and GIVE my business to. I had papers drawn up at another dealership with a nicer car that I could have afforded. It was the same model, 10K fewer miles and 1 year newer with a re-designed body. For all intensive purposes many would say that's the car I should have bought. But a few things kept me from it. One, the other dealership's their trade-in offer was low ( $1500 lower) and Charlie came up to do the deal. (We met at a middle ground.) There was a huge difference between the monthly payments of both dealerships' deals (due to the sticker prices), but even when the other dealer came down, and it was very tempting not to buy the other car, I honestly think the deal felt right with Charlie and that's why we bought from him. That's how much a salesperson can sway a deal. There was nothing wrong with the other dealership, but I will be handing out the stack of Charlie's cards I grabbed and not because of a referral fee, because I know I'm sending them to someone who will get them a good deal on a quality car with honesty and integrity. Go see Charlie and tell him Wendy sent you. He may roll his eyes, but he will probably smile. He might tell you what a pain in the xxx I was; although he doesn't know I worked for a Fortune 500 and specialized in contract negotiations....led the state statistically, actually. So I know I was more challenging than some, but that's how I know he's a good guy. He put up with me and did so with charm and grace. He's truly a stand up guy. Now go see Charlie! You'll get a great car, I promise! ;) More

He is very attentive to detail, approachable, and always wanting to find the best for the customer. After leasing my first vehicle with him, I only wanted to deal with him when needing to finance my second Mazda. The over-all environment and staff of Schwartz is amazing, but I have to give a shout-out to Mark for always taking care of my family. I would recommend Schwartz to anyone i know who wants to be in good hands. More
Another Happy Customer My husband and I already own 2 Mazda's - 1 previously purchased from Schwartz so we knew we would be in good hands when we decided to check out the CX My husband and I already own 2 Mazda's - 1 previously purchased from Schwartz so we knew we would be in good hands when we decided to check out the CX-5. We worked with Zach Goldstein who was very helpful in explaining the new 2016 model. He clearly explained and demonstrated how this would be a great family car - considering we are expecting our first child in just a few months. He was patient and did all he could to get the financing options we were looking for in our 36 month lease. After a short time working with Zach, we were in the parking lot getting ready to leave with our new vehicle. I've had the CX-5 for just under a week and absolutely love it and am extremely satisfied with how the staff at Schwartz was able to accommodate our needs. More

Excellent Service Spent some time looking around for a pre-owned car, wanted something with low milage, and prefered an american made car. I stopped by Schwartz Mazda on a hunch and was immediately greeted, offered coffee and donuts, and within minutes had a sales rep. I explained what I was looking for, american, low milage, but a good price and a good history. Charlie, our sales rep, brought me right to a Chrysler 200 with less than 20k miles, based on what I knew my credit was I thought it would be just out of my price range, we explored a few other options but I kept going back to the 200. Charlie was able to get me a great rate, and I have been in love with my Chrysler ever since. Shes a beauty and drives like a dream. I would absolutley recommend stopping by Schwartz Mazda and asking for Charlie, you won't get a more honest salesman or a better rate! More
