Both the Internet sales team Maureen Brazel and David Rucker were great up to the very end of the purchase. As like any business they have a sales, finance , accounting and service team / departments. Rucker were great up to the very end of the purchase. Only drawback I saw was that once the finance documents were signed, I was under the impression that I did not have to do anything further to get my official license tag. Only after further calls couple of weeks later, I found out that license tag work etc is done by accounting team. Once I found out I had no issues but some basic process and procedures would be good for new buyers especially if you are thinking of buying out of state as this can lead to delay in getting the license tag in time. More
