I was immediately impressed with Scott's demeanor and overall pleasantness! He was very knowledgeable and was a no nonsense salesman, which was a very nice change of pace, he answered all my questions and concerns and was not pushy... at all!! I dealt with Steve on the internet, then set up an appointment to go view the Honda Accord that I was interested in buying. Steve called and talked to me on the phone, as well as several emails. He was an excellent talker, was very knowledgeable about the Honda, and answered all of my questions, and really made me feel right at home. When the time came to "talk numbers", he was very receptive to what my budget would allow, and also listened to what I was expecting from my trade. He worked very hard with me and the finance department to get me close to or exceed my expectations about both my trade and my new car purchase. It was an extremely easy process and I enjoyed meeting him and talking to him. I have visited Scott Clark on a few occasions for both my '98 Prelude and '02 S2000. The tech I have used and will continue to use is Billy K. I have had the misfortune of using other shops to work on thes '98 Prelude and '02 S2000. The tech I have used and will continue to use is Billy K. I have had the misfortune of using other shops to work on these cars, but Billy K has the knowledge and skill that far exceeds what I've seen from any other shop or dealership for that matter. I will not take my cars anywhere else as I am confident that Billy K's ability to diagnose and correct the problem in a very effecient manner cannot be duplicated elsewhere. I have recommended Billy K to several office employees and family members and will continue to do so in the future.
