He was helpful ,very knowledgeable and empathetic to my needs as well as my payment issues and was genuinely willing to work with me (re: payment , options and warranty ). Your sales manager (Dan) was flexible and straight with me when asked pointed candid questions and didn't impart the "deceptive card close to the vest feeling", I always seemed to get from other dealers. Josh (financial manager) was extremely personable , I felt like a person not a number , he was also very knowledgeable , efficient and when he presented additional warranty options (which in the past have always been viewed by me to be a ripoff ) I felt that what was offered / suggested was a fair deal and needed because of the way he clearly showed the benefit and need and was honest about what he felt was not needed.
