I came into last week to get some service done on my car and was absolutely impressed. I was referred to this dealership by a good friend of mine, and can I say that I am so glad I took her word. Jimmy Bas and was absolutely impressed. I was referred to this dealership by a good friend of mine, and can I say that I am so glad I took her word. Jimmy Bass was my adviser and was extremely helpful in explaining what I needed done to my car. He used a lot of hand gestures to make sure I really understood what parts he was talking about (which I needed, since I know little to nothing about cars). He also made sure to keep me updated while they were working on my car. When it was time to go and got up to the cashier, I was astonished by how friendly their cashier was. I was told her name was Kelly by one of the other employees, and would like to make it a point to get her wonderful customer service recognized. She was very friendly, personable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy working with each individual customer. It might not be much, but she had one of those personalities that sticks with you and puts you in a good mood. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here for my service in the future! More
