Stuart, during my last visit your advisor (Alfredo Zambrano) made it extremely clear of where your dealership stood with concerns. In fact, his exact words were, "well here's a phone number to Nissan America. I suggest you call them because there is nothing else we can do for you". I have never experienced such poor service in my life and will never do business with your dealership. I have already reported my interaction with Nissan Consumer Affairs and will be following up with them again to ensure that my complaint remains on file.

Stuart, I received Marty's message; however, am not interested in speaking with him. While I was experiencing this horrible ordeal, I specifically requested to speak with him. He was not available so the advisor stated he would relay my contact information to Marty (along with my message) and would see that Marty was in touch. After not hearing from Marty in about 3 days, I contacted the dealership again and the advisor confirmed that he provided Marty with my information. I am as disgusted with Marty (as a GM) as I am with your dealership. And even more saddened that no one seemed to care about my concerns as a consumer until I have filed multiple complaints/customer reviews. Is this how you define customer service? Dr. Sampson

Jill, I understand your frustration in all of this but there are some details that I think I am missing that I would like to speak to you about if you don't mind calling me. My cell phone is 980-833-3600. Marty is very good about getting back with customers that have issues in any way with his dealership. After speaking with him this morning this is the first he has heard of any of these issues. Have you had issues again since you were here in May when we replaced the one tire you were trying to have warrantied? Thanks for your time! Stuart

To have your services advisor dismiss my concerns and disrespectfully inform me that even though the issues have not been resolved, the won't do any more to help ...is BEYOND frustrating. So please let me be crystal clear. ONE tire was replace but I left the dealership with TWO tires still leaking and YOUR service advisors could not care less. And to make things even worse, they failed to even advise me of the recall on my vehicle so they allowed me to drive away not only with my initial issues unresolved but facing potential safety issues with the recall issues not be addressed. So again, they were very much aware that two tires were STILL leaking. I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs and they advised that I go to Gastonia Nissan for a 2nd opinion. Before going to their dealership, my attorney advised me to document the air pressure in my tires over the course of several weeks - which I did (including photos) so that my lawyer could handle the matter if Gastonia failed to correct the problem like your dealership. After documenting the air pressure for over a month (and having to fill up my tires with air on 3 separate occasions), I finally brought my vehicle to Gastonia Nissan. They were by FAR more professional than your team. They LISTENED to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly...including advising me of the recall, advising me of the pros with using nitrogen in my tires and ESPECIALLLY identifying a nail in one of the two tires which still leaked air. They advised that by filling my tires with nitrogen I would not have to be concerned with varying air pressures and if there truly was a leak, they would know because Nitrogen may vary by 1 - 2 psi's at the most. They took their time to HEAR my concerns and thoroughly consider every single problem that could be occurring and made recommendations towards a resolution. Your team did NONE of these things. They only found one nail because I became angry and demanded that they go back and take their time to look for what was causing the leaking. I lost valuable time and money having to return to your dealership 3 times - this is NOT acceptable. (on a final note: When I purchased my vehicle, I purchased a separate tire warranty with no deductible on replacement of tires - Alfredo even argued with me on this topic until I showed him the paperwork supporting this; which is the only reason why he proceeded to replace my tire. How sad is it that your service advisors are this unprofessional and just don't seem to care about anything I (as his customer) had to say. Hopefully my complaints/reviews will serve some good warning other consumers about your service.

I have been trying to get in contact with you to discuss this further, but my attempts have been unsuccessful. Looking at our records, I show two service visits, one in April, and one in May. On the second visit, I see that you were having a tire issue that was not covered under warranty, but as a token of good faith, we replaced the tire free of charge.
