Great service I was greeted promptly and had the car in service in a matter of minutes. As well my service advisor, Steve Vadala, informed me of a factory call back I was greeted promptly and had the car in service in a matter of minutes. I enjoyed a cup of coffee, a comfortable seat, and was on my way in less time than I anticipated. More

Dealership increased the price of the vehicle after agreed I was car shopping on Saturday and decided to try scott clark toyota, , after trying several cars teh sales manager recommended a Lexus R430 SUV,, a I was car shopping on Saturday and decided to try scott clark toyota, , after trying several cars teh sales manager recommended a Lexus R430 SUV,, after negotiating i decided to purchase the vehicle with a Monday pickup, after waiting all day I decided to call the dealership to set a time to complete the purchase. I was told the car needed repairs and they were increasing the car after we agreed on the purchase price.. I will NEVER purchase from this dealer and will never recommend the dealership to anyone. I am not happy with Recent service performed. On May 2 I took my vehicle in for service which was required at 40,000 miles . I arrive on time they took my vehicle into the back and stated that perform the oil change and the regular service . The following day I decided to open up the hood on the vehicle and see if all the fluids were topped off came to find out that none of the fluids were topped off and then the battery post pack corrosion on it . Which is surprising since the dealership advertises that it covers all this on their other multi inspection service . So at this point I wonder if they truly change the oil . Disappointed with dishonesty and the lack of service . More
