I at the last minute made an 12:45 weekday appointment for a 45k normal maintenance check. My experience was managed by Jamie Procaccini; who displays the qualities of someone I would hire. He explained the end to end process, thoroughly answered my questions and took the time to listen to my "old man" (my words) advice. Additionally, the physical layout of your growing service department makes one (at least me) appreciate the very noticeable complexity and plethora of moving pieces engaged to make what appears to be a smooth running organization that cares about it's staff and customer experiences.. The only complaint I have is that the turnaround time for obtaining quotes when trying to make our decision was very long. I ended up being at the dealership from 10 to 5 the first day (included test driving 3 vehicles) and 9 to 2 the following day, when we ended up purchasing a vehicle. So far everyone has been very attentive. Good experience. More
