This time I made my appointment on-line in just a few minutes. Upon arriving William Carroll greeted me in the usual professional and friendly manner I have always found at Scott Clark. We reviewed the services to be performed. Upon completion of the service William located me in the lounge and again we reviewed all the maintenance performed.
