Finance and Service Recently purchased a used vehicle from Scott Clark and was very pleased with my finance associate Mike Swint and my service associate Geroge Smith. M Recently purchased a used vehicle from Scott Clark and was very pleased with my finance associate Mike Swint and my service associate Geroge Smith. Mike was very knowledgeable and honest in regard to the additional coverages we would need on our vehicle. He also had several payment options to choose from. We felt as though we were sitting with someone we have known for years. George Smith went above and beyond for us when the car was in the service department. He was such a pleasant man to speak to and very helpful. I wo uld highly recommend you ask for these gentlemen when purchasing a vehicle from Scott Clark. These two are the reason I would return to the dealer. My sales person ( Dennis Mahone) on the other hand was none of the above. He gave us incorrect information regarding the so called "Shuttle" that they offer and my car sat for 4 days at the dealer as I was unable to pick it up. His response to me was that he had a taken a day off and had not had one in 2 weeks and that he "forgot" we lived in Concord. Never even tried to make arrangements so that we could have our car. He was our best friend when purchasing the car but when we needed him he was no where to be found and did nothing to correct the issue at hand. I would not recommend Dennis Mahone to anyone. More

The service took a little more time than I expected but that was apparently caused by the sheer number of service customers. The up side is the comfortable waiting area and its offered amenities.
