Tried to purchase a new vehicle My experience this last week with Scott Clark Toyota has been awful and stressful. From upper management down to the salesman . No customer servi My experience this last week with Scott Clark Toyota has been awful and stressful. From upper management down to the salesman . No customer service or good communication. No negotiations on new vehicle price or my trade. Called various staff to only not receive no phone call in return. The sad thing is this would have been my 3rd toyota I would have purchased from Scott Clark and I have sent referrals to purchase vehicles. In the past, Robbie Pryor was awesome and he stuck by my wife and I until he got the monthly payment we desired. This time go around I was very unhappy and felt not important to the sales staff. More

Best Car Buying experience EVER! Dustin Richardson and Fadi are the absolute best. Dustin actually picked out our new Sienna for us.
