My 19 year old daughter had to bring the car in for the service, and he helped her understand what was needed. In addition, he also called me at work to let me know the status of the vehicle. He always goes above and beyond in letting us know what is required when we bring our cars in for service - what is needed immediately, what should be done before our next visit, and also what can be deferred until a later date. We always use Scott Clark's Toyota service department, primarily due to Fred and his assistance. More

Service to my 2005 Toyota on 6/16/2014 Crystal Terry greeted me as soon as I drove in to explain what had happened to my car. She was very calming and assured me they'd take care of it.
