i would be careful when purchasing a vehicle from Scott clark Toyota dealership. i myself purchased a vehicle and my brother purchased a vehicle, in both cases we were told one thing at purchase and someth clark Toyota dealership. i myself purchased a vehicle and my brother purchased a vehicle, in both cases we were told one thing at purchase and something totally different later when calling or returning to the dealership with issues and concerns. just be prepared for a salesman that really "pitches" the stereotype "don't trust a car salesman." Also be prepared to get the run around, because if one person refers you to speak to someone else, it can keep going, with no return phone call. if nothing else, just make sure all the features your told a vehicle has, it actually has. Had contact with 5 individuals at the dealership over two interactions. 4 of the 5 are either incompetenct or dishonest, and that is as nice as I can say it. No one seemed to know what was going on. This was my first car buying experience and it made for a very interesting one. I came in to look at a 2012 Sonata Limited. After agreeing on the price and feeling confident putting a chunk of cash down, I b very interesting one. I came in to look at a 2012 Sonata Limited. It was towards the end of my experience when a salesmen I had not dealt with the entire afternoon came in and told me there was a mix up and I owed $3,000 more. Luckily I was dealing with a great young salesmen in Jay Reeves who understands customer satisfaction as well as an experienced finance manager in Don Thompson. They assured me that I would leave the dealership with the car I came in for and the agreed upon amount. Jay Reeves went leaps and bounds to ensure I was fully satisfied before I left the dealership. He even invited me back for a complimentary detail and refilled my gas tank. Don and Jay saved the day in my case and I would definitely recommend dealing with these two when at Scott Clarks Toyota. More
The only reason I would recommend this dealership for service is because of Crystal. She is an amazing individual and is always so quick and friendly to help. If you have a problem and need to be fitted service is because of Crystal. She is an amazing individual and is always so quick and friendly to help. Every time I have to have my Prius serviced here, she always gives us the best treatment. I don't recommend Scott Clark, I recommend Crystal to all my friends and family and have even sent some people to her to be serviced instead of the dealership near them, just because I know she will take care of them. I purchased a 2013 Toyota!!! Do Not Buy Any Accessories From Scott Clark Toyota!!! They Have The Worst Customer Service That I Have Ever Seen. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla through Scott Clark in November 2012 and purchased 5 years of Auto Butler service and Scott Clark was paid in full for the service. In September 2013, I traded the car in and only used 6 months (2 visits) of the Auto Butler service and they refuse to give me a refund for the remaining 4.5 years. I even offered to exchange the service to my new car and they refused that also. The customer service is terrible. They do not answer your calls and do not call you back when they say they will. I went into the dealership twice and they have you wait for 30 minutes and you have to keep reminding them that you are there. Beware, they accepted money for a service that was never performed and I will never shop at Scott Clark again. I also contacted a lawyer and will sue Scott Clark Toyota for the money. More
