Beware of what they claim to do!! Tire rotation, tires not rotated proven by the mud on the rear tires still on the rear tire after the supposed tire rotation. I wonder if they put synthetic oil like I paid for... And I had given them a 2nd chance. I replaced a battery at advanced auto parts. I did not know that it required a reset of a code. Rear window & defrost not working. Clark's service claimed I needed a full electrical diagnosis for 89.99. I looked online and found all I had to do was roll the rear window all the way down and then back up holding it for a couple second after it was all the way up. Of course they know it required a reset but did they want me to know. NO! It would have cost me 89.99! I will not go back to these dishonest people. As my father always said, if the world was full of honest people, it would be a much nicer place. More

This is my second car buying from Mike Black and I think Kameron. They were very friendly and helpful. Kameron really goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and happy. I love the mileage, the color, 4 doors,the gas mileage, it's great. I can even deal with the manuel windows. Thats not to bad. But having no remote for the doors is going to be hard getting use to. :( I coresponeded with them tru internet before purchasing which I think helps alot and saves alot of time for both of us. They knew exactly what I was looking for and provide that quickly. I am very satisfied and if I need another car in the future I will be back to Scott Clarks and see Mike or Kameron if there still there. Thank you for my car. More
My husband was in an accident and his favorite Tacoma was a total loss. But it was so solid that he avoided serious injury. So we wanted to replace it with another Tacoma. Our local dealer is not easy to deal with, so we looked elsewhere. We contacted Rob Van Alstyne through Scott Clark Toyota's website and he responded immediately. We told him what we wanted and he had it in stock. We drove 3 hours to get it, but it was worth it. The inventory was unbelievable!! And Rob did everything possible to meet our needs. He and the GM Jim made such a good deal for us that we traded our car and bought a new RAV-4. Seriously...if you buy anywhere else, you will regret it. More

Robert looked after all of our needs and put any concerns to rest. Peter Moren, the Finance Manager was also a pleasure to work with. NO high pressure, which made purchasing a car from Scott Clark's a pleasure. The lady who showed us available accessories was also very helpful. One surprise we had was after the purchase Dianna came out to put the new tags on and she went over all of the controls on our new car, including setting up the Bluetooth for our phones. Wonderful sales and service. We will continue to have both of our Toyotas serviced by Scott Clark and will return when another car is needed. More
Having had a bad experience at a local Honda dealer, I took my car to Scott Clark's Toyota upon the recommendation of several friends. It was a vastly different experience from the get-go. There were staff there before hours, I drove my car inside (in the rain) immediately, I didn't wait 30 seconds before I was approached. The staff went out of their way to be welcoming. The waiting area was as comfortable as being in my living room, with coffee and donuts. Archie was a pleasure to work with, very gracious and clearly interested in me and my vehicle. I left feeling confident the work had been done at the highest quality, and with a big smile on my face. They treated me as if my business, and my safety, was of importance to them. They have earned a lifelong customer. I recommend Scott Clark's service center to anyone seeking a positive experience. More
