I was referred to Robert Van Alstyne by my brother and his girlfriend because they had such a good experience with him. I only went in to look at my options since my history is not the greatest. However, Robert went above and beyond then what I thought was even possible for me! When we went around looking at the cars available on the lot, he was like a kid in a candy store and was very excited about the cars available on the lot. He was very helpful with zoning in on the car for me! He listens to everything you want in your new car and applies them to what is available. Robert does not 'push' or make the experience uncomfortable like you think most dealerships do. I have had my new car for a few weeks now and I absolutely LOVE IT! He has even followed up sereval times to check in on the car and see how I am doing with it. If it wasn't for Robert I would probably be still driving a money pit. I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota or a used vehicle. More

Just bought a 2012 Toyota Sienna I saw online. I live two hours North of the Dealership and have 3 kids so we didn't want to go down there just to look at it. Robert was a friendly experienced salesman. I would buy another car with him as my salesperson. He made the buying experience a pleasure. I was contacted within 15 minutes of an internet inquiry on a 2013 Avalon I had seen in their inventory by Mike Black, I explained to Mike that we had already driven a similar vehicle at other dealerships t on a 2013 Avalon I had seen in their inventory by Mike Black, I explained to Mike that we had already driven a similar vehicle at other dealerships that were actually much closer to where we live, but after reading several reviews about some of the experiences of customers at those dealerships we were very skeptical about finalizing a purchase with them. Most all of the reviews for this dealership Scott Clark Toyota were very favorable and if a problem did occur they were quick to rectify it. After talking with Mike and giving him some information about our situation he said it would be a very easy transaction to complete probably in no longer than a couple of hours. Scott Clark Toyota is a very large, very clean, well organized and well staffed dealership, we were totally impressed with the entire process and every employee was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient, starting with Mike Black, Tony Lowder in finance and lastly Dianya who was very helpful and patient in getting us comfortable with our new Avalon. We completed the entire process in about 2 1/2 hrs, they take the stress out of the car buying experience. More
This was my second 2012 Camry SE purchase at this store with Robert. I absolutely loved my first one but I wanted the extra bells and whistles (sunroof, back-up cam, entune) I went there on the last day of with Robert. I absolutely loved my first one but I wanted the extra bells and whistles (sunroof, back-up cam, entune) I went there on the last day of the month and got a great deal on one of the few last 2012's they had on the lot. Robert was just as helpful as the first time and the process was even more streamlined than before! I was in and out of there with no pushing or trouble, and I was so glad I asked for what I wanted. It really wasn't about the dealership but the people I worked with. Thank you Robert Van Alstyne! More
