My husband and I started searching for a larger vehicle after 3 other dealerships and no good luck we stumbled upon a used Mazda via internet which seemed to meet our needs. First thing Monday morning we w after 3 other dealerships and no good luck we stumbled upon a used Mazda via internet which seemed to meet our needs. First thing Monday morning we were contacted by Mike Black via email with the information we were seeking. The following Saturday we made the two hour trip to Scott Clark Toyota. We met with Kameron Knox at the dealership; the Mazda was all ready and warmed up for us to view just as Mike had informed us via email. Kameron provided exceptional service and made sure he put our minds at ease with any concerns that we had, which were little to none. Kameron and Mike both worked with us on our budget, getting us a deal we could manage with. We are so happy that we made the two hour trip, receiving exceptional service and finding the vehicle that was exactly what we were looking for! Thank you so much Kameron and Mike! More

I just purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry from Scott Clark's Toyota in Matthews, NC. I've purchased many new cars over the years, but this was my first Toyota and I love it! It was also the best experience I Toyota in Matthews, NC. I've purchased many new cars over the years, but this was my first Toyota and I love it! It was also the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car!! Most of the negoiations were handled via email with Mike Black...buying a car in your PJ's really does work!! He was very helpful in finding me the car that I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Mike had the car ready for me to test drive at the scheduled time and had already filled the gas tank and washed the car! Mike's assistant, Kameron Knox, assisted us with the test drive and handling the final paperwork. He was so nice and was very helful with explaining the car features and even helped to us get that last $38 off the sales price...requested by my husband who had nothing to do with the initial negoiation...he had to have some input...lol!! The final paperwork was completed in a timely fashion and I was ready to drive off in my new car in record time! They even had someone come out and help us get our belongings out of the car we traded. She helped me set up my cell phone on the blue tooth in the car and explained all the vehicle controls...lights, signals, radio, etc. I even received a phone call a few days later asking me if everything was going good with my car or if I had any questions about the car. Usually, after the sale, they don't worry about you anymore until a few years later when they want to sell you another car!! This was an all around good experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great customer service and great prices!!! More
When I walked into Scott Clarks Toyota one Saturday afternoon, I really had no intention of buying a car that same day. And to tell you the truth, I really wasn't in the mood either. You have to admi afternoon, I really had no intention of buying a car that same day. And to tell you the truth, I really wasn't in the mood either. You have to admit - buying a car is never a pleasant experience. However, immediately upon meeting Kameron Knox I instantly felt at ease. He took his time to find out my needs and wants and helped me narrow down my available choices. He didn't pressure me at any time and the overall service he provided to me was outstanding. Even weeks after purchasing my new car, Kameron Knox has contacted me to make sure that I was still happy with my decision. I plan to keep my 2012 Toyota Camry until the wheels fall off but I hope that Kameron Knox will be my next sales agent as well. More
My wife and I bought a Prius in 2006. The original experience was fine. 30 minutes to pick out a car then hours of paperwork like normal. It has slowly been getting worse ever since. When we first pur experience was fine. 30 minutes to pick out a car then hours of paperwork like normal. It has slowly been getting worse ever since. When we first purchased the car we also purchased a "car care" plan. These are coupons for scheduled maintenance and with this came a "tires for life" program. Scott Clark Toyota is about an hour from where we live so when another Toyota dealership opened 10 minutes from our house we called Scott Clark to see if we could use our coupons at the new dealership. We were told by Crystal that we could use the "car care" programs at the other dealership but had to go to Scott Clark for the "tires for life". Apparently, neither I nor the people at Scott Clark knew that in the mountain of paperwork we signed 6 years ago was a clause that said if we didn't get all our service done at their dealership, then the "tires for life" program was null and void. It was explained to me that this was o.k. because we never actually paid for the program. It was just a perk that they offered at the time through a third party. Here's where I get confused. If I'm not paying for tires and Scott Clark isn't paying for tires, then who's giving away free tires? Even though "it didn't cost us anything", it did help sway us as to what car we bought and who we bought it from, but that's beside the point. The reason we took the car in for was for yet another recall, and because the mechanic at the dealership close to us told us it was time for tires. The Scott Clark then told us not to worry because we have 10 to 15,000 more miles on these same tires! I don't know how my wife drove an hour and got an extra 10,000 miles on her tires but she's driving my car tomorrow. It appears that as your car depreciates so does the customer service. For those of you that bought cars recently and had a great experience, all I can say is "Good Luck". More
Reggie & Tyler made our car buying experience great. Both were knowledgeable and personable. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from either of them when the time arises in the future. Though we were only Rick's 4th sale, we were very impressed with his friendly and relaxed demeanor. Rick was extremely knowledgable and easily answered our questions. He was polite, respectful and did not use any hard sale pressure techniques for which we were very thankful. Would take a book to tell the whole story, but I'll try to keep it short and sweet. We came to Scott Clark Toyota after buying a used Honda van from Scott Clark Honda, 1 week prior. The experience there wa to keep it short and sweet. We came to Scott Clark Toyota after buying a used Honda van from Scott Clark Honda, 1 week prior. The experience there was a disaster from start to finish. They finally agreed to let me switch cars with another on the lot. There was not another car on their lot I wanted, but there was a Toyota van on Toyota lot that I was interested in. They referred me to Toyota dealership, to Frank Bertulglia. I thought I was being referred to a manager because of my situation but that was not the case. Frank is a sales guy and when I figured that out, I was not happy at the thought of starting whole process over. I quickly told him my story and what I wanted. He got Jim Cline (manager) involved promptly. I told Mr.CLine my story and he proceeded to call manager at Honda dealership to figure out what went so wrong. After speaking with them he informed me that they would get me in the vehicle I wanted for the same deal I had on the Honda. I was extremely pleased, as I loved my old Toyota van. They made the deal happen and we took the new van home that night! No waiting several days and then returning to the dealership 7 times after that, for them to fix stuff (which is what happened at the Honda place) Service department called a few days later to schedule my auto butler service and to install all weather mats (which was part of the deal). I've dealt with Pete Acree in the service department for years and as always he was great. They set me up with a loaner for a few hours while they worked on it. Oh and the best part of the whole deal is the Toyota van is a year newer and way less mileage than the Honda I had purchased. They really went over and beyond, especially since it was not their problem to fix in the first place!! It was a very, merry Christmas for us, in the end. Thank you to all that were involved and we look forward to a relationship with you for many years to come. My kids are already talking about what Toyota car they want, when it's time! Look out! (they are only 13, 9, and 5) hehe. More
I almost visited all of the dealership around the Charlotte region for buying my new car. I really had a bad experience only this dealership. These guys has no respect people. They are not friendly &a Charlotte region for buying my new car. I really had a bad experience only this dealership. These guys has no respect people. They are not friendly & don't understand your feelings. They don't care about the customer & don't even feel ashamed for their behavior. Even the higher authorities don't even try to listen your concern. I went to Toyota of North Charlotte & bought the car with very much less price on what these guys offered me. They are also very friendly & cooperative. More
Dealing with Rob Van A. was a pleasure! I hate getting "attacked" by car salesmen at dealers. Rob was different -helpful, informative, innovative - he did his job professionally, without pressuring me in "attacked" by car salesmen at dealers.
