I had originally written a poor review and as you may or may not know, this site allows the dealership to respond to poor reviews before they are posted. The general manager of the dealership contacted me may not know, this site allows the dealership to respond to poor reviews before they are posted. The general manager of the dealership contacted me and asked me if I would be willing to come in and talk to him about my experience. I agreed and we met one evening for about an hour and a half. He was unfailingly polite and explained the reasons for some of the things which happened to cause me to write a poor review. He freely admitted that some of the things I griped about were inexcusable and he offered to compensate my time and effort with some add ons that had been missing with my car. The mere fact that the general manager and part owner of this dealership was willing to meet with me and discuss my grievances and explain many facets of the car dealership business I was not previously aware of went a long way in assuaging my hard feelings and anger with this dealership. The fact that he went further and gave me some of the concessions I was did not get when I bought they car spoke even more positively of this dealership. I would recommend this dealership and will return there for service whenever my car is due. More
I had a great experience purchasing my new truck. I was able to test drive many different styles and look at a bunch of options to figure out what exactly I wanted. Ryan F. introduced Barbara K. to us and she worked to locate the vehicle that we wanted in a friendly and personable way that placed my wife and I at ease. Though we ran into an unforeseen snag locating the vehicle and color that my wife wanted (due to vehicle shortage during the "Cash for Clunkers" deal) Jim C. split the difference on a slightly more expensive vehicle and satisfied my wife's wishes. I like it when my wife gets what she wants! Tony L. took care of all of the legal paperwork & special offers. He knew his job well. Usually younger employees like detailers and runners are out of breath and tend to appear indifferent to customers. Most are relatively untrained in the Service sector. However, upon picking up our new vehicle Barbara introduced us to Hilary K., our Delivery Coordinator. She took care of the rest of the process. Being young did not affect her quality of work. The vehicle looked great inside and out! While looking me eye to eye and shaking my hand she invited us to call her if I had any future questions about the vehicle. This was easy to write. This place has great coffee, confortable furniture, clean restrooms, a big screen TV, and free manicures two days a week. It's easy to get to. Damn, I'm moving in! More
RG Guunderson was very responsive and quick to understand what I needed. We made the deal through the internet and over the phone. He knew it all and got us a great rate. The facility was impressive and very comfortable. A+ Dealing with Tony in finance was easy and quick. We had exchanged all of the information required before I got to the dealership and from that point is he was very cordial and professional. A+ During active delivery Hilary was very professional and dead on. She knew what she was doing, answered any outstanding questions and was quick (which was greatly appreciated since it was 97 degrees). I was impressed with her knowledge of the Land Cruiser esp since not many are sold. We were only out looking at automobiles when we drove into Scott Clark's toyota. As we were walking around we saw Mark and he offered any assistance we might need. Normally we dont stay long at a dealership when the salesman attack you, but Mark never did. Mark took his time showing and explaining the truck to us and answering any questions we might have. Mark's patience,kindness, and knowledge impressed us so much we left the dealership in a 2010 Toyota Tundra. Working with Mark was definitely a nice experience and we would highly recommend (and have already recommended) our family and friends to go see Mark at Scott Clark's Toyota if they are in the market for an automobile. Mark has definitely raised the bar for us as to how a GREAT salesman should be. Fortunately for us Mark had covered the truck inside and out so well, that when the young girl tried to explain the truck we knew more than she did. Larry Ellis was great helping us to get through the dreaded signing of all the papers. He was thorough and efficient and quick. He is very knowledgable and gave us some tips to help us in the future with finances. Thanks Larry for the finance lesson!
