I am not what anyone would describe as an impulse buyer. I keep cars a long time and I do lots of research before trading. David dealt with me by way of the computer and phone and I was encouraged enough to drive across town 45 minutes to Scott Clark Toyota to meet him. He listened patiently to what I wanted and when he became ill he made sure Barbara was waiting for us with all the facts and the cars that filled my requests. I found the perfect car with the help of this very pleasant lady without any stress and drove it home that evening. They stayed late to complete the sale and make sure everything was just right.
