Battery gone wrong My 2017 Highlander didn't start one morning and I couldn't understand why. I called Wesley Rasmussen to make an appointment to bring my car in to be My 2017 Highlander didn't start one morning and I couldn't understand why. I called Wesley Rasmussen to make an appointment to bring my car in to be checked. I thought it might be electrical but found out that the positive battery cable was loose. Wesley solved the problem even before my vehicle was taken back to the shop. I lifted the hood and told him what I did and Wesley was the one that noticed the cable was loose. He still wanted to make sure that was the only problem. Wesley ALWAYS steps up to the plate and makes me feel like I'm his only customer. He's friendly, professional and takes good care of me every time I come to Toyota to have my car serviced. This is my first Toyota and so far I'm very impressed with my vehicle and the service I receive thanks to Wesley! More

I did notice this time while waiting that customers that came in after I did were leaving with their cars assuming they just had easier things to repair. I went in for a low sounding horn. It was fixed in minutes but still had to wait 2 hours. More
