Two great service calls I had my 4 Runner in for two service calls last week and Matt did an excellent job coordinating them. One was an auto butler appointment that the car I had my 4 Runner in for two service calls last week and Matt did an excellent job coordinating them. One was an auto butler appointment that the car came back looking brand new and the other was an airbag recall. I used the complementary shuttle service with the recall and both Matt and Gary kept me updated on the progression of the service and made sure I was taken care of. Gary was very nice and right on time. He was also very cognizant about how time of day and traffic was going to effect me and made sure I was finished before traffic got heavy. Very happy with both their customer service. More

He made sure that I felt like I was his most important client. He has been our service writer off and on for 14 years - ever since we bought our Toyota Sienna in 2005 at the original location. Our van has served us so well that we keep on enjoying it even 14 years later at 235k miles. Jimmy Cline told us the day we bought our van that he believed it would last at least 13 years and 200k miles. I am delighted to say that it is going strong thanks to Billy and his team! More
