Nice people, but tire light still on Went in for 50K service. All the people I dealt with were very pleasant. Amanda reviewed the items being done that day. I just wish they had reset my tire pressure light, especially since I called this out in the appointment and day of. It's still on. Plus, they didn't ask nor did they run my car through the wash. I assume all the important items were completed as detailed on my ticket. More

Oil change or not? Brought Prius in for oil change and inspection. Advised wasn't time for oil change yet so offered 50k Mile check. Didn't seem like I had option of just getting inspection done. So I chose an early oil change and inspection. Would have liked more options or more advice on what the car really needed.
