Well to start with the maintenance managers seems indifference and careless about customer service. I have called multiple times and no one returns my calls. Also when I was at the service bay nobody indifference and careless about customer service. I have called multiple times and no one returns my calls. Also when I was at the service bay nobody came in and ask me what I need and when I finally got one of the service managers he was rude and very to me almost prejudiced . I will definitely take my car’s maintenance to another Toyota dealer. More

The scheduling of my appointment was made easy. I dropped off my vehicle the night before to avoid the morning rush. My vehicle was completed by mid morning and I received a call letting me know my I dropped off my vehicle the night before to avoid the morning rush. The only set back was that I thought my vehicle might have been run through the wash but it wasn’t. The staff was super helpful when picking up my vehicle. The valet lady was super helpful in getting me with an advisor and he took great care of me. Great experience at this dealership. More

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE AS xxxx!!! ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER OF SERVICE I BELIEVE IT WAS DAVID. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW CAR AND HAD A NAIL IN THE TIRE. THE TIRE WAS NOT ABLE TO BE PATCHED BECAUSE THE MANAGER OF SERVICE I BELIEVE IT WAS DAVID. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW CAR AND HAD A NAIL IN THE TIRE. THE TIRE WAS NOT ABLE TO BE PATCHED BECAUSE THE LOCATION OF THE NAIL. SERVICE DEPARTMENT PUT A BEW TIRE ON AND THE BEXT MORNING THE PRESSURE LIGHT CAME BACK ON BECAUSE THE IDIOT IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID NOT ADJUST THE TIRE PRESSURE. TIRE PRESSURE IS SUPPOSED TO BE 35 AND THE NEW TIRE WAS 55 AND THE OTHER TIRES WERE 27. THE DUMMY NEVER ADJUSTED THE PRESSURE. I INFORMED THE SERVICE MANAGER AND THE ONLY THING HE SAID WAS THE CALIBER MAY HAVE BEEN BROKEN. AS A MANAGER THAT'S ALL YOU COULD SAY. xxx HOLE AS WELL!!!!!!
