No hanging around rambling on or waiting; time is respected and valued, not wasted. I'd already talked by phone to Marshall Moore, the service rep that I like to deal with. For the first time I used the shuttle, and met Gary who drove me home and two days later picked me up again. Each person I encountered was friendly and focused. That's professionalism. More

Rear leaf spring recall replacement Scott Clark's Toyota offers exceptional service. I went in to have my rear leaf springs replaced due to a recall for my Tacoma truck. The staff were i Scott Clark's Toyota offers exceptional service. I went in to have my rear leaf springs replaced due to a recall for my Tacoma truck. The staff were informative, answering all my questions. Even without a car at the moment, I able to get a ride back to my home through their shuttle service. I received a call about an hour and half later telling me that my rear leaf springs had been changed ( even though they told me the time would be considerably longer). With that being said, I can honestly say that they work extremely fast and will get the job done right. My truck does not squeak anymore. I even got my car washed for free. I can't complain, thanks Scott Clark's Toyota!!! More

Excellent Service Department Starting with Justin Bustle Justin Bustle has been taking excellent care of me and my two 1990's Toyotas that together now have over 300,000 miles for many years.
