Had an appointment scheduled at 1115, dropped my car off at 11, was told it would be a 90 minute appointment. After 2 hours I called to check on the status of my car and was told someone will call me right at 11, was told it would be a 90 minute appointment. After 2 hours I called to check on the status of my car and was told someone will call me right back. After an hour had passed and I hadn’t received a phone call I called back and was told my car was ready. I told them I would need the shuttle service to get back and then said they would reach out to me to schedule my ride. After an hour and a half of not hearing from anybody I had to find my own ride to pick up my car. Overall this was an AWFUL service which is unusual because normally they are quick and communicative. Due to the delay and poor communication I missed two appointments that I had scheduled. More
