My wife's Rav 4 Hybrid encountered a dead battery and required work for a service recall, we were able to jump start it and get it to Scott Clark Toyota by mid-morning. That's where we met Pete Acree Te required work for a service recall, we were able to jump start it and get it to Scott Clark Toyota by mid-morning. That's where we met Pete Acree Team Leader. Note we had no appointment and I am sure the service schedule was full as they were slammed with cars coming in. I advised Pete of the situation we were experiencing and asked if he could do anything to expedite helping us and without hesitation said he would make it happen and worked us in the long line of people with a minimal wait and had the repairs completed by the end of the same day...Outstanding Service, attitude and personality of Pete made this an outstanding experience.
