I have worked with Billy on more then one occasion and he consistently returns my car as quickly as possible with the required repairs completed competently and as inexpensively as possible. He explains what they will do to service my car and it is soon done. He really cares about his customers, even those of us who are senior citizens and do not drive the newest models. If he is an example of the quality of workmanship that Toyota offers, and I think he is, I will not consider for a minute taking my car elsewhere. Kathy Herzog More
