Going to Scott Clark in no way resembles my past experiences of taking the car in to be serviced which I used to dread. This is more like a pleasurable experience that you almost look forward to. Customer Service JIM DALO I was loyal Ford guy for 20+yrs. Until Town & Country did me wrong an refused to fix a problem they caused with my truck. So that is what pushed me to buy a Toyota. I bought 2013 Tundra Crew max xspx. This truck wasn't cheap. I bought the auto buttler detailer for my nice black truck. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I had it serviced every 6 months. Each time to return my truck with the black faded on my plastic that hold the led lights. I would tell the service department each time this is what happens. So there service department always gave it back to me messed up. Well, my last trip there I spoke with Jim Dalo manager. I expressed my concern. Well, He personally said he would make it right. He gave me his cell phone. I just took my truck in for the forth time. WOW, JIM DALO understands customer service. He and the Dealership have come through with making things right. UNLIKE TOWN & COUNTRY FORD. This is how you retain and grow your customers. THANK YOU JIM DALO!!!!! More

This past weekend I took my Rav4 in for service and I didn't have an appointment, but the sales Associate Jeremy Allison fit me in and called and notified me keeping me updated by phone. Service was prompt and courteous and would highly recommend to anyone in need of purchase or service. Excellent experience!! More

He went through each item and discussed the pros & cons of performing the maintenance during this service appointment. I appreciated his knowledge & frankness. The only negative was the 3 hour wait. I've found him to be truly caring and concerned, and honest in explaining what items needed to be corrected now or could wait. More over each time I visit Scott Clark the level of service is better than the last visit, these people really work as a team, each looking after each other, and in turn looking after me and my car. My next car will be bought from Scott Clark Toyota because of there service department. More
