Great Service Experience Every Time I purchased my Toyota Tacoma at Scott Clark's Toyota new in 2009 and have used their service department for all maintenance since then. I always contact William "Billy" Carroll, in the service department. He arranges my appointments to best accommodate my schedule, keeps me updated on the upcoming maintenance items, always lets me know how long the appointment should take (and they almost always meet that estimate) and the expected cost of the service, has reminded me of any recall service needs, and he has consistently kept me informed ahead of time about any areas that the techs see during the service that may turn into a future issue WITHOUT pressuring me to have the matter fixed on the spot. Billy takes great care of me from the time I pull in the bay until I pick up my keys, and he does so in a most courteous and professional manner. I highly recommend Scott Clark's Toyota, and especially recommend that you see William "Billy" Carroll for all your service needs. More

I used to go to one of those quickie places but changed to the dealer because I think I get better service in a clea I was in for a scheduled service.
