The mechanic found a few other issues, including a leaking water pump, that were not anticipated; however, I was completely confident in having this work done as Marshall took the time to explain the recommended work and show me the associated parts. Marshall also identified two issues that warrant keeping an eye on, but did not need to be serviced that day. This attention to vehicle maintenance is what keeps me coming back to this dealership and having Marshall "manage" my Highlander while there. While I am always hoping to spend a little less money on servicing, it is an easier decision to spend the extra money when you know that Marshall is managing your vehicle's servicing and future maintenance so completely. More

Fixed / serviced only items that required servicing and I was able to pick and choose what I wanted them to check and replace at the service level e.g. I change the engine and cabin air filters myself so they didn't do it and wasn't included in the charges.
