Not the best experience, especially when you need to use their WiFi for work while waiting. When contacted via text about the estimated invoice and additional work needed soon, I called the service agent their WiFi for work while waiting. When contacted via text about the estimated invoice and additional work needed soon, I called the service agent and she forgot to include tax and other fees, so she gave me different numbers two different times. At that point I decided to wait on getting the additional work done. When my vehicle was ready, I noticed the glove box wasn’t closed. When I tried to close it, it wouldn’t latch/close. I had to wait on someone to come fix it. Apparently when they checked the cabin air filter, they didn’t care to put the glove box back properly, otherwise they would have closed it. Something they could have simply taken care of, but chose not to, shows me they could care less about their quality of work on your vehicle. More
