Beware of this service department. I took my platinum pathfinder in for a strange noise. They wanted to charge me $4800 for a transfer case. They also performed a full inspection and I took my platinum pathfinder in for a strange noise. They wanted to charge me $4800 for a transfer case. They also performed a full inspection and told me that I needed new breaks and new lower control arms. I refused service and took my vehicle to my long time mechanic who is 1.5 hours away. Turns out my breaks were fine at 70%. 4 bolts on the control arms were suspiciously loose. I had no suspension issues when I brought the truck into nissan but they wanted to charge me $3000 for the repair. My mechanic tightened the bolts for free and said nissan probably loosened the bolts to get more money from me. So dishonest of nissan. And lastly, my mechanic replaced my transfer case for $1800. Final result : $8400 - total estimate from nissan $1800 - total cost from my mechanic. It was worth the 1.5 hour trip to an honest mechanic. Never go to nissan dealership in Carrollton in my opinion More
Can I put ZERO stars? This place is an absolute joke. I was told a set price when I was called on the outcome of my cars diagnosis. They charged me almost 1k dollars more than what the set price I was told over the phone! They will find any little thing that you say is a concern with your vehicle and run with it. When I asked them how they came up with a conclusion on how that what was wrong and if they ran any diagnosing tests, they told me well no, we just went with what you said was wrong with it and put and two together. The customer service department is definitely something that needs to be better handled and train there employees to better handle situations with there customer. I HIGHLY recommend not taking your car here! More

Thank you Scott Evan’s Nissan and Jeep,Dodge, Chrysler staff. Marty, Jason, Jay and Paul were great and worked hard to earn my business and trust. Five Star Rating! And I I forgot to say that I live 650 miles away and had the vehicle delivered. I live in south Florida where hurricane Ian took thousands of cars. The south Florida dealers and their fees pushed me to look out of state. Thankful I did and all I can say is my experience with Scott Evan’s Dealerships we’re beyond my expectations. More
I have bought 8 cars from them all was excellent. 5 stars everytime. Even the last car I bought. The problem is the last car I bought was a my first used car. I live in Griffin Ga. I could not get the dealership there to get the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. I went on line and found the vehicle I wanted and dealerships that had one. Brandon Harper contacted me and he worked with me on everything. We worked out a deal and the vehicle was delivered to me without ever having to go to the dealership. I have been to the dealership since then. I was met at the door before I ever walked in. Everyone was nice and friendly. I met with Brandon and he took Great care of me. I loved the package they sent me with coupons and a calendar. I also, ordered a part for my vehicle on line. The part was not in stock. Robert Wilson contacted me to let me know. Within a few days he contacted me and had found me the part. Thanks again, Pam More
