Recently had appointment for oil change and arrived 30 minutes early. There were no other cars in line ahead of me. After waiting almost an hour I questioned why it was taking so long. Was given every excuse in the book; we are running behind, service techs had quit, only one tech doing oil changes, etc.. After 1 1/2 hour waiting and still car hadn’t been moved I told them I was leaving. That isn’t the service I expected from a dealership. I understand there are some situations that are beyond control but a quick update would have been sufficient. More
