Recently had appointment for oil change and arrived 30 minutes early. There were no other cars in line ahead of me. After waiting almost an hour I questioned why it was taking so long. Was given every minutes early. There were no other cars in line ahead of me. After waiting almost an hour I questioned why it was taking so long. Was given every excuse in the book; we are running behind, service techs had quit, only one tech doing oil changes, etc.. After 1 1/2 hour waiting and still car hadn’t been moved I told them I was leaving. That isn’t the service I expected from a dealership. I understand there are some situations that are beyond control but a quick update would have been sufficient. More

DO NOT BUY HERE!! They take advantage of elderly people and will continue to do so. My elderly mother took her 2018 truck there to have the check engine light looked out. They conned her into a new truck a and will continue to do so. My elderly mother took her 2018 truck there to have the check engine light looked out.
