Disappointed with service department. Have new 2022 HRV Disappointed with service department. Have new 2022 HRV and need to install the remote starter. I was surprised cause I only get one key fob and sur Disappointed with service department. Have new 2022 HRV and need to install the remote starter. I was surprised cause I only get one key fob and surprised that I have to carry both the engine key fob and the new remote starter key fob to be able to drive the car. There is no explanation at all. The Service department just give me one remote starter key fob and a manual handbook. It's like here.. figure it out yourself. Communicate and explain to your customer it is very important. More
