Having owned a Prius for 15+ years, I was adamant on purchasing a Hybrid and initially shopped at Toyota. Inventory of new cars was scarce and I did not appreciate the treatment I received from Toyota salespersons. Jeff was my first and last stop for a Honda. After our initial discussion, I had no need to go anywhere else. He convinced me to get the Accord Hybrid and delivery was on time. Several months later, I still love the Accord. Great car and a great guy. Thank you Jeff! More

Never before had such a great experience buying a car. The facilities were so clean and orderly and everyone showed such respect - I was truly impressed. My salesman, Jeff Woods, was more of a guide in helping me find the right car. While finalizing the purchase, his manager came by to assure me that the most important thing was that I was happy with both the car and the deal. I hadn't planned to go out of state (my home is in Delaware), but the call I made to inquire about the inventory was just so welcoming, I was anxious to see their shop. When I'm asked about my car, I tell people that the car is great, the deal was terrific, and the people and facility are "top of the line". PS I'm 80 yrs and have been buying new cars since '65 and truthfully this has been the best experience - bar none. More
