They are turning into greedy / dishonest car dealer. Well 3 days later still not hearing from Nathan in service I called to follow up. He then informed me he got nowhere with Bridgestone and I need to call them, I said why im I getting the run around Tuesday he told me to me to call Bridgestone and get a Reference number in which I did after being on the phone 15 minutes with Bridgestone. Now I’ve waited three days to have Nate tell me to call Bridgestone and go to Bridgestone shop. I find it funny they didn’t suggest that one when they said I need a tire 16,000 miles ago when they were trying to sell them to me with the warranty and a alignment now it’s time to earn their cost and they wash their hands from it. Nate then advised me to talk to Geoff Rousak when he transferred me it went right to voicemail. I called back and ask for Nate again Nate answered and informed me he was trying to locate Geoff then he transferred me to him he answered and funny the little bit of time how Nate had time then to informed him of what took place when I asked Geoff why the runaround he explain to me the warranty which I already knew but Scott Honda was there customer loyalty really doesn’t mean anything. Funny after all that he wants me to bring the car back into them to put it on the rack to check the alignment while looking at the alignment that was done with the tires nothing was noted on my invoiceEven if it was out of alignment originally Then he had the audacity to say how do we know that we didn’t have a large pothole funny they have all the answers . Because again here for me to take it to Bridgestone. When I asked if I could speak to one of the owners he informed me that the OWNERSHIP would not call me back again customer loyalty or robbing your bank. Think about it before you ever buy a car from Scott Honda and their loyalty program when times are tough they look at other ways like up in the prices of their cars to the consumer I will never do business with Scott Honda again.

Our goal has always been to provide solutions and do what's reasonable in an effort to work together and reach a satisfactory resolution for your concerns. Yes I spoke to your service manager When I wasn’t happy with his 1 solution and asked to speak to the owner he said the owner doesn’t call people back. Nice customer and loyalty after 22 years of buying cars at Scott Honda. Other owners of dealerships have an office close to show room to handle things like this instead a service manager saying he doesn’t call customers back! when I pushed for why it happened maybe she hit a pothole bring it in and will put it on rack the 1 thing that was offered to see if alignment is off . She had it aligned when the tires were brought 16000 miles ago like tire goes bad overnight funny nothing but a bill on alignment no print out but you can compare.starting to wonder if that was done ! When she needed tires the first time since your not an authorized Bridgestone dealer like other car dealers and tire dealers Is go to an authorized dealer like your now saying by the way most don’t charge 40.00 to rotate they do it for free there’s that customer loyalty again. I would really like to know to post on Scott Honda’s web site because I find it hard to believe all good no bad reviews in all the years in business.
