Carlos Nunez provided the best car buying experience we've ever had. He did the extra pre-work so that the process was as painless as possible on the day of purchase. He was very responsive by phone, text and email which made the process run even smoother. We will definitely be coming back to Carlos at Scott Honda when we need another Honda vehicle without hesitation. We are usually the people that argue, fight and negotiated for hours when buying a car and that leads to hours of exhausting interactions. Not here! Besides having great taste in art and movies, he explained everything clearly, gave us options on other additional warranties and the like but did not react negatively when we said no thanks. To be honest, we weren't going to EVER buy a warranty, but Nick did exactly what a good sales/finance guy should do - offer it in person and explain the benefits and then send us with informational material and follow up by phone.
